Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

1) Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

2) Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract (for example, when you start a subscription on decompiler.ai).

by a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory.

4) Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you in connection with the contract, less any value reduction (“Wertersatz”) for services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Wertersatz is calculated on a time basis for the subscription period: each day that has started within the billing cycle counts as a full day of use. The refund is therefore reduced by the proportionate cost of all days that have already started in the current billing period at the time your withdrawal is received.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

5) Early Performance & Loss or Limitation of the Withdrawal Right

By purchasing a digital subscription on decompiler.ai, you expressly request and agree that we begin providing the Service immediately after payment (before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period). You acknowledge that:

• we provide a continuous digital service (online decompilation and related features) during the billing period; and
• for the period up to your withdrawal, you must pay a proportionate amount (Wertersatz) corresponding to the service provided until the time you notify us of your withdrawal.

We offer a contractual time-based refund scheme that applies when you exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days:

• If you withdraw within 14 days from the beginning of your current billing cycle, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription, reduced by the value of all days that have already started. Any part of a day counts as a full day of use.
• If you withdraw more than 14 days after your billing cycle begins, no additional withdrawal-based refund claims exist for the current billing cycle, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

This Withdrawal Policy is consistent with, and is to be read together with, the cancellation and refund rules in our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, any mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law take precedence.
